  2. Products: Freeze-dried fruits and products with no added sugar or preservatives. ISO 22000 and HACCP certified.
  3. Prices: All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
  4. Delivery: We deliver to all UAE emirates in 2-3 business days. Delivery fee: AED 30 (AED 50 for the Western Region).
  5. Payment: By card (Stripe), Tabby installments, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
  6. Returns: 30-day money-back guarantee.
  7. Damaged or wrong items: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you.
  8. Allergies: Customers with allergies should check the product ingredients before ordering.
